THE BABY HORNET
News: I found a source for small clipboad clips, used for craft projects, that perfectly fit the Baby Hornet. This means I'll be able to make the Baby Hornet with an attached, riveted clip! The Baby Hornet: A Brown Hornet clipboard small enough to fit in the palm of your hand OR your shirt pocket. It's a small (3" x 4.25") masonite clipboard that works on the same principle as the regular Brown Hornet and Skeeter. Like the other "Bugboards," the Baby Hornet incorporates the ultra-sensitive impression surface that immediately resets. It will take an impression through an index card, by the way! The picture to the side shows the Baby Hornet with half of a 3" x 5" index card clipped to it, which is what I like to use. As you know, Bob Cassidy loves to use this size and material billet for most of his work as well. Why did I make this? Well, a lot of folks just don't like the design of the Skeeter and requested a smaller version of the Brown Hornet. So, here it is! I must admit that it is an innocuous device and I've used it quite a bit since making it. It works great with Post-it notes too. NOW WITH A LARGER IMPRESSION AREA! $40 Postpaid.
